Secured with collar system instead of screws for security reasons because screws tend to come loose on rare occasions risking the watch falling to the ground.

Can I change the strap?
Yes, You can choose from the models marked with a 20mm dive strap on our website. such as Wishdoit FKM Dive Watch Strap, New Fluoro Rubber Watch Strap
If you are unsure, choose a strap made for the same Wishdoit collection or contact support team before ordering.
How long does the lume glow?
The luminous performance depends on exposure to light and environmental conditions. After absorbing sufficient light, the lume can glow in dark environments for hours with gradually decreasing brightness.
How should I maintain the water resistance?
To maintain water resistance:
· Avoid operating the crown or buttons underwater.
· Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
· Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after impacts or servicing.
What materials are used in the Diver Watch?
Wishdoit Diver Watches are crafted with high-quality materials such as stainless steel cases, sapphire crystal, ceramic bezels (depending on model), and premium straps or bracelets.
Can I wear the Diver Watch while swimming or diving?
Yes. With a 15 ATM (150m) water resistance rating, the watch is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and everyday water activities.
However, it is not recommended for professional deep-sea diving or activities involving extreme water pressure unless specifically stated.
Does the watch have a luminous function?
Yes. Many Wishdoit Diver Watches feature Super-LumiNova materials on the hands and markers, allowing clear visibility in low-light environments.
Is the Diver Watch suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. Although designed for water activities, Diver Watches are also excellent everyday watches thanks to their durable construction, comfortable fit, and versatile design.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Your Wishdoit Diver Watch is backed by our 5-Year Warranty, providing coverage for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, impact damage, scratches, normal wear and tear, or water damage caused by improper use or exceeding the watch's water resistance rating.
