Easy Returns and Exchanges Policy for Wishdoit Watches
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 180 days of delivery, providing your purchased timepiece is:
- New, unused and re-sellable condition.
- The product label and protective film are still attached to the product.
- In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.
To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by support@wishdoitwatch.com. One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. We'll send you a return label or return address, If you received a return label, please be sure to be attached to the package to be returned. If you return goods without a return label, they will not be accepted and disposed of.
Wishdoit does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.
Once we receive your returned order, we will verify the product and packaging as being unworn and undamaged, we will issue you a refund deducting US$12 as restocking fee. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged, we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
EU CUSTOMERS : YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (For EU Customers Only)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch, for any reason and without giving an explanation. This is in addition to our general return rules above.
How to Cancel
You can withdraw from your purchase using the withdrawal button on our website, or by sending us a clear statement of your decision (for example, by email) before the 14-day period ends. You don't need to give a reason. Once we receive your request, we'll send you confirmation by email.
Sending the Watch Back
After telling us you wish to cancel, please return the watch to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the watch until it reaches us. You're welcome to try on the watch and check that it works, as you would when buying in a store. However, if the watch is returned showing signs of use beyond this — for example scratches, wear to the case or strap, or missing components such as removed links — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Your Refund
We will refund the full price you paid for the watch within 14 days of receiving it back (or, if earlier, once you provide proof that you've sent it). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Because our standard shipping is free, there is no delivery charge to refund. Please note that any import duties or taxes charged to you by your local customs authority are paid by you directly to your government, not to us, and cannot be refunded by us. These charges are your responsibility and are separate from the price of the watch.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of mailing the watch back to us in US Warehouse. We only pay for shipping if the watch is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refund Amount: We refund the price you paid for the watch. We cannot refund any import taxes or duties paid to your government.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please contact our email support@wishdoitwatch.com for return/exchange.
Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements. The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when placing the order. For example, if you use visa to pay, the payment will be returned to your visa card.
WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact support@wishdoitwatch.com within 3 business days after the products are delivered so we may replace it for you. After this time, scratches, magnetized, damaged parts and missing parts of the products will be regarded as man-made damage.
Items that require repair may take up to four weeks to process, but are usually much quicker.
SALES ITEMS
All sale items on the surplus page are final sale. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges for these items. Surplus products still come with our 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions please reach out to support@wishdoitwatch.com.
GIFT CARDS
Because gift cards are stored-value products, we do not accept refunds.
If a refund is required for goods purchased with a gift card, the part of the money paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card balance. Other payments made by non-gift cards will be returned to the original payment card.
