WISHDOIT Five-Year Watch Warranty & Returns
WISHDOIT watches include a five-year limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and the watch movement under normal use. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to request warranty service
- Email support@wishdoitwatches.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
- Our support team will reply within 1-2 business days with inspection and return instructions.
- The customer initially pays return shipping. If inspection confirms a covered manufacturing defect, WISHDOIT will reimburse reasonable return shipping and repair or replace the watch at no additional charge.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear to straps, finishes, batteries, crystals, crowns, clasps, or other consumable parts.
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Water damage caused by swimming, bathing, showering, diving, sauna use, hot springs, steam, or sudden temperature changes unless the specific product page explicitly states that activity is supported.
- Condensation or movement damage caused by water intrusion.
Tonneau models are intended for everyday wear and are not designed for swimming, bathing, steam, or extreme temperature changes. Resulting water ingress or condensation is treated as misuse and is not covered.
Paid repair service
If inspection determines that damage is not covered, paid repair may still be available. The customer is responsible for repair and round-trip shipping costs, which will be confirmed before work begins.
180-day return policy
Unworn products may be returned within 180 days of delivery when they are new, unused, resellable, retain the product label, and include the original packaging.
- Contact support@wishdoitwatches.com before returning an item.
- Follow the return address or label instructions provided by support.
- WISHDOIT is not responsible for return packages lost in transit unless the wrong or a defective product was sent.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, less the stated US$12 restocking fee where applicable.
- If the product or packaging is damaged, support will contact you before returning the item at your cost.
